We currently have a network of Family Practitioners, Internists, and Pediatricians and IV Vitamin Treatments. As we grow and expand, it is our plan to offer our users other needed Medical and Healthcare services.

Most of them do. This is a question for your to ask when put in contact. Some Doctors do carry basic starter doses of antibiotics and/or over-the-counter medications. Those that do will be happy to dispense the patient with a starter dose while their prescription is filled. Be sure to ask the Doctor.
This is a conversation you should have with the Doctor who responds to your call. You will have the opportunity to communicate with that doctor via text or phone call after the request has been accepted.
It is our philosophy to offer services 24/7. As more Medical Providers register in our platform, we feel this goal will be reached. Please note however, Provider’s fee may increase after-hours.
SOS Doctor House Call does not set or decide the fee for service. It is to the medical provider’s discretion. Their Fee may vary based on your location, the time of day, if it’s a weekend or during a holiday. When you place your request, the Provider will reply with his/her fee and ETA. At that point, you have the choice to accept or decline.
We are a third party Service Provider. We are NOT a mobile medical practice. Our platform connects you with medical care providers who make house calls and teleconsultations for same day service. The fee is at the provider’s discretion. The physicians currently using the platform do not take insurance. Payment is processed after services have been provided.
After each visit and upon demand, the doctor will provide you with a “super-bill” to submit to your insurance Company for reimbursement if applicable.
Yes you do. You will receive a notification each time you need to update. It is recommended that you update in order to keep the technology current and fluid.
Payment is processed after service has been provided through Braintree a Paypal subsidiary and SOS Merchant Platform. All user’s payment information is stored during the registration process. Your information are 100% securely protected and encrypted. SOS Doctor does not have access to them.
SOS Doctor House Call protects and respects your privacy. When booking a house call through the App, your medical issue and all other personal information will only remain between you and the medical provider you have selected. We DO NOT keep records of the clinical reasons for your visit request. It is the provider’s responsibility to keep his patient’s records in accordance with the HIPPA guidelines.
